Welcome to China! After arrival in Beijing, you'll be picked up and transferred to your luxurious hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure to counteract jet lag or explore the city on your own.
Visit the Temple of Heaven, where Ming and Qing Dynasty emperors prayed for prosperity. Take a Taiji lesson, and visit Panjiayuan Market if it's the weekend. Explore Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, ending the day with a panoramic view from Jingshan Hill.
Hike the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall, one of the best-preserved and less crowded parts. In the afternoon, take a rickshaw ride through Beijing's hutongs to experience traditional culture. End the day with an optional Peking Opera Show.
Spend the morning exploring the Summer Palace, including a boat cruise. In the afternoon, take a high-speed train to Luoyang, one of the ancient capitals of China.
Visit the Shaolin Temple, the birthplace of Zen Buddhism and Chinese martial arts. Explore the Pagoda Forest and watch a Shaolin Kungfu Show before returning to Luoyang.
Visit the White Horse Temple, China's first Buddhist temple, followed by the Longmen Grottoes, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Take a bullet train to Xian in the evening.
Explore the Terra-cotta Warriors Museum, the Muslim Quarter, and the Xian Great Mosque. In the evening, enjoy a dumpling dinner and a Tang Dynasty Music and Dance show.
Bike on the Old City Wall, visit the Shaanxi History Museum, and see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda before flying to Shanghai in the evening.
Explore the Shanghai Museum, Yu Garden, and the Bund. Ascend the observation deck of Shanghai World Financial Center for stunning city views.

- Tour Start Cities: Multi-day small group tours commence in Beijing. Private and custom tours are flexible and can begin in any of the listed cities.
- Flights: Domestic flights are included in your package. For select destinations, international flights are also included. Please note baggage limits apply.
- High-Speed Trains: Enjoy the comfort of first-class seats with our luxury packages, or second-class seats with our superior packages. Upgrades are available upon request.
- Transfers: Your package includes airport-to-hotel transfers. We also offer post-tour airport transfers for an additional fee.
