Start your day with a visit to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, home to the iconic sandstone pillars that inspired the movie 'Avatar'. Ascend Yuanjiajie via the world’s highest outdoor elevator, Bailong Elevator, and explore its stunning landscapes including the famous Avatar Hallelujah Mountain. Continue to Tianzi Mountain, where you’ll encounter dramatic peaks and breathtaking views, often shrouded in mist after a rain. Descend the mountain by cable car and return to your hotel.

Begin your day with an adrenaline-pumping walk across the Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge, the world’s longest and highest glass bridge. Afterward, descend into Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon and explore its scenic beauty. In the afternoon, visit a tea plantation near Wulingyuan Scenic Area. Here, you’ll experience tea-picking, learn about the tea-making process, and enjoy a traditional tea ceremony. This immersive experience offers a deep insight into the local tea culture and the labor of tea production.

On your final day, take the Tianmen Mountain Cable Car, Asia’s longest cableway, to the summit of Tianmen Mountain. Walk along the thrilling glass-bottomed walkway and visit Tianmen Cave, a natural arch in the mountain. Descend via the 99-Bend Road, then visit the Tujia Custom Park to learn about the Tujia ethnic minority’s stilted architecture, culture, and traditions. After your visit, your driver will transfer you safely to the airport or station for your departure.

- Tour Start Cities: Multi-day small group tours commence in Beijing. Private and custom tours are flexible and can begin in any of the listed cities.
- Flights: Domestic flights are included in your package. For select destinations, international flights are also included. Please note baggage limits apply.
- High-Speed Trains: Enjoy the comfort of first-class seats with our luxury packages, or second-class seats with our superior packages. Upgrades are available upon request.
- Transfers: Your package includes airport-to-hotel transfers. We also offer post-tour airport transfers for an additional fee.

Having travelled extensively around the world, we found NCT's guides in Tibet and Beijing to be top-notch. The hotels in Yunnan and Tibet were exquisite, particularly our favorite hotel in Beijing, which was impeccable in service, location, and historical charm. The hiking and nature exploration activities included in the trip were also excellent. The representatives of NCT professionally handled transportation, fees, transfers between tours, and hotels. We usually prefer organizing trips ourselves over using travel agencies, but due to the complex logistics, costs, language barriers, and need for local expertise, we chose NCT. Our trip to China was an unforgettable experience. We booked the trip to celebrate our graduation but quickly found the planning process a bit overwhelming. We found Nihao China Tour (NCT) and quickly got in touch with our trip planner Lucy. We communicated via email, and Lucy created a customized itinerary that fit our schedule, allowing us to see all the attractions in a short time while still enjoying each destination. Lucy was very helpful throughout the planning process and answered all our questions before we left.
At the airport, we were met by an NCT representative who provided us with all our pre-booked tickets and introduced us to our itinerary. Our hotels were charming and comfortable, conveniently within walking distance to the center market and city area. The private guides and transportation arrangements in Hong Kong, Guilin, Tibet, and Beijing were perfect. All the guides were wonderful – knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and always willing to take countless photos for us.
I would recommend NCT and Lucy to anyone planning a trip to China!

Our tour guides, Linda in Xi'an and Allen in Chengdu, were both wonderful! They were very knowledgeable about the attractions we visited. We gained a new and deeper understanding of Chinese culture and people.
The hotels we stayed at were excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful, and the rooms were very comfortable. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed many great Chinese dishes.
The drivers who picked us up from the airport and the NCT representatives, as well as the drivers who transported us between hotels and train stations, were all outstanding.
We have already told our friends to contact NCT because we only have great things to say about the trip they arranged for us! We hope they will help us plan future trips in other regions!
