Our trip to China was an unforgettable experience. We booked the trip to celebrate our graduation but quickly found the planning process a bit overwhelming. We communicated via email, and Lucy created a customized itinerary that fit our schedule, allowing us to see all the attractions in a short time while still enjoying each destination. At the airport, we were met by an NCT representative who provided us with all our pre-booked tickets and introduced us to our itinerary. Our hotels were charming and comfortable, conveniently within walking distance to the center market and city area. The private guides and transportation arrangements in Hong Kong, Guilin, Tibet, and Beijing were perfect. All the guides were wonderful – knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and always willing to take countless photos for us.

We started in Guilin, toured Zhangjiajie, and finally arrived in Xi'an.
At every location's airport, there were reception personnel who were very friendly and professional, making us feel like we were meeting someone from our hometown.
Each guide was interesting, informative, professional, and very accommodating. We said many times that we wouldn't have enjoyed the trip as much without them. Especially the young lady who accompanied us in Zhangjiajie; we felt very sad when we parted ways with her. The time spent with her was very pleasant. (I have a poor memory for names)
Every hotel was beautiful and conveniently located. Whenever we needed assistance, the hotel staff was always very helpful, whether it was getting a taxi, hot water, retrieving lost items, or making restaurant reservations.
Travel consultant Stella was wonderful — thank you for giving us such a great time. From our first conversation, we knew it was worth paying more to work with you. Although there were cheaper options, we felt very reassured throughout the planning stage. You arranged a perfect experience for us.
Our only regret is not staying three more days to visit more attractions. Maybe next time!
